A student has received a yearly scholarship to attend Nativity Prep Academy in San Diego by a grant from the Menard Family Foundation. This year Director Barbara J. Menard was able to attend the graduation ceremony for the Class of 2013 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church on Friday, June 14, 2013. The ceremony included a violin and cello processional by a graduate of Nativity Prep, Class of 2009. Principal Brendan Sullivan offered a welcome and Deacon Mike Daniels, Chaplain and Trustee of Nativity Prep offered the opening invocation and prayer. Scholarships and awards were presented to a number of students followed by a speech by each member of the class. Diplomas were conferred by Mrs. Xochitl Alvarex, Director of Graduate Support for Nativity Prep Academy. Fr. Gil Gentile, SJ offered the Convocation and Closing Prayer.
