President’s Ambassadors from the University of San Francisco were invited to join a virtual Mass and
Brunch on Sunday, April 11. The Eucharist was celebrated at St. Ignatius Parish, which is on the
campus of USF, at 10 a.m. This was followed by a Virtual Cooking Lesson by classically-trained USF
executive chef Jean-Marc Fullsack. He shared his culinary secrets for making a five-star brunch at
home. The program also featured remarks by USF President Rev. Paul Fitzgerald, SJ and first-hand
stories of students whose academic career at USF has been impacted by the philanthropy of
President’s Ambassadors.
