| Raised during the Depression of the 1930’s Bernard and Mary were aware of the needs of those less fortunate than themselves and were generous donors during their lifetimes to several social service agencies that offer direct response to the needs of the poor and under-served. The Menard Family Foundation continues their legacy with grants to a number of agencies in the San Diego area and globally who serve people in need. |  | |
