Father Joe’s Villages Ladies Guild presented their 35th annual fundraiser luncheon and silent auction at the Town and Country Hotel and Convention Center on Monday, February 19, 2018. Menard Family Foundation trustees Marlene Miller and Barbara Menard attended. Marlene is an active volunteer with Fr. Joe’s Ladies Guild. With the theme of “Swing Time” participants were encouraged to dress in outfits of the 1940’s. There were ladies in military attire, house dresses, nurse’s uniforms, and the Ladies Guild Volunteers were dressed as Rosie the Riveter. CEO of Fr. Joe’s Villages, Deacon Jim Vargas offered a welcome and blessing. The live entertainment included singers and dancers performing songs from artists of the 1940’s.
